Prepared for Bethany Global · September 2026

Every Bethany site.
One platform. Your team in control.

Every Bethany website can run on the platform Bethany Global already owns, managed from one login, with no WordPress installs left to maintain. This proposal prices that move site by site, then prices optional upgrades and email nurture the same way, so you can pick what to do now and what to do later.

Every line item stands on its own. Nothing here is all-or-nothing.

The platform you already own

bethanyglobal.com is not WordPress. It is a custom platform Vantage built for Bethany Global in 2026: a public website, an admin CMS your team already uses, and one API and database behind both the website and the mobile app. The same CMS that edits bethanyglobal.com can edit any other Bethany site once that site is moved onto it.

One login, one editor

Pages, navigation, footer, giving links, events, stories and forms are edited in the screens your team already knows. No WordPress admin, no page-builder plugins, no PHP updates.

No separate projects to manage

Today each WordPress site is its own install with its own theme, plugins and hosting bill, and someone at BGU has to look after each one. On the platform they are tabs in one CMS.

Giving and email already wired

GoFundMe Pro embedded checkout, designations and the missionary directory already work on bethanyglobal.com, and the platform already stores leads and form submissions. Any site moved onto it can use the same giving pages and capture forms.

Recommended order

1

Greenlight the foundation, bethanygu.edu and justdisciple.com

They carry the most traffic and the most staff overhead, so they pay back first.

2

Retire bethanyinternational.org in the same window

bethanyglobal.com already replaces most of it. What remains is forms and a handful of pages.

3

Inventory Bethany Local and the Creative project

A page count and integration list turns their TBD lines into exact prices.

4

Add upgrade packs as each site lands

Start with bethanygu.edu giving and the JustDisciple subscribe block.

5

Build nurture sequences once forms are collecting

Sequences launch into a list that is already growing.

Assumptions and open questions

Assumptions

  • Same content, platform styling. Migrated sites keep their pages, copy, images and URLs. They are rendered in the platform's page system with each brand's own logo and colors, not rebuilt pixel for pixel from the old WordPress themes. A pixel-exact rebuild of an old theme is a separate design job.
  • Forms. Gravity Forms are rebuilt as platform forms with submissions stored in the CMS and emailed to the same people. Slate and Populi embeds carry over as embeds.
  • The BGU shop. bethanygu.edu runs a small WooCommerce shop. It moves as a Stripe-backed shop on the platform, or is retired if unused.
  • JustDisciple search traffic. 421 articles are the asset. Migration includes a one-to-one redirect map and a post-launch ranking check at 30 days.
  • Email tools. Nurture sequences are built in the tool each site already uses. Consolidating to one tool is a separate line.
  • Access needed. WP Engine account access for each install, DNS access for each domain, GoFundMe Pro admin (already in place), and admin access to Klaviyo, Slate and the email tools.

Open questions

  • Which domains and page counts make up Bethany Local and the Creative project?
  • Is the bethanygu.edu shop still in use?
  • Which email tool should own donor nurture: Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Salesforce?
  • Who at BGU is the day-to-day owner of each site after migration?
